Summary
An unofficial after-party for Kaigi on Rails 2026, hosted by pixiv at its Sendagaya headquarters in Tokyo. It is open to Rubyists whether or not they attended the conference, and aims to be a flat space where veterans and newcomers mix.
Five pixiv engineers who submitted proposals to Kaigi on Rails 2026 condense their topics into five-minute short sessions, covering ActiveRecord performance tuning, batch processing large binary files in a hybrid cloud, table design as a product grows, and the Rigor type checker. Kaigi on Rails organizer unasuke gives a guest session, followed by networking with a DJ, snacks and drinks. The event is held in Japanese only.
