Summary
Tokyo AI (TAI) is hosting a community meetup in Shibuya on June 5, 2026, as part of its ongoing series of AI-focused gatherings in Tokyo. The evening is built around short technical talks followed by dedicated networking time, giving engineers, researchers, investors, and product managers a chance to connect over current work in applied AI. Doors open at 18:00, with three speaker slots running from 18:30 to 20:00 and an hour of networking until 21:00. Speakers, talk titles, and abstracts are still to be confirmed — this placeholder event reserves the date while the program is finalized. The meetup is organized by Ilya Kulyatin (founder of Foundry Labs and a TAI community lead) with support from Value Create, a management advisory firm. Attendees should expect the typical TAI mix: a friendly, technically literate crowd drawn from Tokyo's AI ecosystem.
About the community

The community is led by Ilya Kulyatin, a three-time founder with experience across the US, Netherlands, Singapore, UK, and Japan, who also runs AI-native systems integrator Foundry Labs株式会社. This edition is supported by Value Create, a management advisory and corporate value design firm.
