Alongside an introduction to the Taiwanese startup ecosystem, there are talks from the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE), the Taiwan Venture Capital Association (TVCA), and BE Health Ventures, plus case studies of Taiwan-Japan corporate collaboration.
The second half is a pitch session featuring more than 35 Taiwanese startups across healthtech and biomedical, AI and digital transformation, smart manufacturing and semiconductors, smart cities and security, and retail, cross-border and ESG. Doors open at 10:00, the program starts at 10:30, and the session ends around 13:00.
Through exchange with Japanese companies, investors, and support organizations, the day aims to create business opportunities that lead into the Japanese market: partnerships, PoCs, investment, and sales partnerships. It is the second day of the summit, framed as a bridge between the Taiwanese and Japanese startup ecosystems.
About the community
A summit program built to connect the Taiwanese and Japanese startup ecosystems. It draws startups looking at overseas expansion, corporates scouting partnership and PoC counterparts, VCs and CVCs sourcing deals, and staff from startup support organizations. The format pairs keynote talks and pitches with dedicated networking time, hosted at a public startup hub in central Tokyo as part of an ongoing effort to create cross-border business connections.
