Summary
AI & Trusted Systems is a small, community-driven event series bringing together leaders and practitioners from corporate, startup, academia, and venture capital. This inaugural session serves as the kickoff of the series and is held at Tokyo Innovation Base (TiB). It explores how AI is reshaping organizations, business, society, and careers through real-world implementation and diverse perspectives, going beyond the hype.
The first session welcomes guest speakers Kenichi Funaki, Ph.D., Managing Director of Next Research at Hitachi, Ltd., and Takafumi Shimoyama, General Manager and Head of Business Development at SBI Ripple Asia. Ibex Partner Sandeep Casi will give opening remarks. The first half features guest talk sessions, a panel discussion, and a pitch session, while the second half shifts to small-group roundtables and networking.
The event is aimed at practitioners leading AI, DX, and new business initiatives at large corporations, startup founders, and VC and R&D professionals, anyone interested in where technology and management meet. Light refreshments and drinks are provided during networking.
About the community

Sessions combine guest talks, panel discussions, and pitches with small-group roundtables and networking in the second half, aiming to spark real collaboration and new projects rather than just exchanging business cards.
