Summary
A Claude community meetup in Osaka for people who have already brought Claude into their work but have not seen the results they expected. Attendees bring not only what worked but what did not, how they read those failures, and what they are trying next. Two talks open the evening: Hidetaka Okamoto on running conference fee billing and payment tracking with Claude, and kazzpapa3 on lessons from RPA rollouts and using Claude models on kiro. An open discussion on what went well and badly in AI adoption follows, then networking and one-on-one consultation. Held at gusuku ashibina Osaka, in Japanese only, in person only, free, with 40 approval-based seats.
