Summary
An interactive HerRise workshop at Shibuya Startup Support on growing a startup without letting the founder's own workload grow with it. Participants look at how business model, profit margins and growth strategy drive personal workload, how co-founders, employees and partners can carry more of the load, and where to delegate, outsource or streamline operations to reduce founder dependency.
The keynote is Paul Hintgen, co-founder and representative director of Japan People Team, an HR consulting and outsourcing firm in Tokyo with more than 15 years of HR leadership in Japan. Each participant leaves with one or two concrete steps to make their business more sustainable over the next three to six months. In-person places are for women founders within about 10 years of founding, women planning to incorporate, and Shibuya Startup Visa or S-startups companies, with priority for people based in Shibuya.
