Summary
The Resonance Reset is a three-hour breathwork and sound healing session held at a studio in Shibuya. The afternoon opens with a guided introduction and demonstration, then moves into a 45-minute breathwork journey aimed at releasing tension, followed by a 45-minute sound bath played on live instruments. A grounding session, a body scan meditation, and a group sharing circle close the program.
Two practitioners lead the session. Gyovany Munoz, founder of Medicine of Breath, is a certified breathwork facilitator with a background in military service and martial arts who completed his facilitator training in Bali in 2019. Nanako Aramaki, founder of Zenso, is a former agency COO and flamenco dancer who now works as a sound therapist and coach.
No prior experience is required and attendance is capped at 20 people. Yoga mats, bolsters, and eye masks are provided. Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, avoid heavy meals for two hours beforehand, and arrive by 3:50 PM, since latecomers may not be admitted once the breathwork has started.
