Summary
The second session of Go Global Hub 2026 is a hands-on co-creation workshop in Shibuya. International and Japanese startups, entrepreneurs, corporate innovation teams, investors and ecosystem partners form mixed teams and turn business themes or their own early ideas into concrete business models, using the Business Model Canvas and Lean Canvas to work through customer, problem, value, sustainability and partners.
The evening opens with a global inspiration session and a panel, followed by about 45 minutes of team canvas work and a 3-minute mini pitch per team with feedback. It closes with networking over finger food and drinks. The session runs in English with Japanese support, is free, and holds 70 to 100 participants; attendees are asked to bring two business cards.

Go Global Hub 2026 is a four-part series in Tokyo, supported by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, that connects Japanese and international startups, corporates, investors and ecosystem partners. The sessions follow a Discover, Co-create, Validate, Partner arc, aiming to turn attendees into collaborators on PoCs, partnerships and overseas expansion rather than just contacts.
