Summary
LIVE & CONNECT TOKYO #2 is a free networking and community event for international residents in Tokyo, hosted at Tokyo Innovation Base. It is aimed at entrepreneurs, startup founders, expats, professionals, and accompanying family members who are building their lives and careers in Japan, and combines practical guidance with cross-cultural connection.
The program runs in two parts. Session 1, Tokyo Life Stories, is an interactive panel where international entrepreneurs and professionals share real experiences and practical solutions for common challenges: navigating healthcare, banking, contracts, administrative procedures, and language barriers. Session 2 pairs beginner-friendly Japanese cultural activities (origami, calligraphy, chigiri-e) with open networking.
An Ecosystem Connect area and information booths bring together support organizations, service providers, housing and real estate firms, and the International Residents Support Center TOKYO. The event is conducted in English, admission is free, and walk-ins are welcome, though registration via the free TIB app is required for entry.
