Summary
A Halloween-season edition of the TIB Scramble Meetup where founders and builders talk openly about the fears that come with startup life: running out of money, doubting whether they are the right person for the role, or feeling that everyone else is ahead. In small groups, participants share a fear that has been on their mind, how it shows up, and one practical trick for keeping it in check, while hearing what works for others.
The format is three short guided rounds with one prompt each, with no slides, experts or preparation required. It is a peer conversation rather than therapy. The session runs mainly in English with Japanese support, and advanced English is not required. Held at Tokyo Innovation Base 3F, free for TIB app members, 60 minutes.

TIB Scramble Meetup is a recurring English-language small-group meetup at Tokyo Innovation Base for founders, aspiring founders and people building new ventures inside or outside companies. Each edition uses guided discussion rounds on a theme, and first-time participants and people less confident in English are welcome.
